Halloween is just around the corner, and Boulder County has plenty of family-friendly events and places to go during the season! Here are a few outings I suggest if you are looking for some entertainment during the holiday!
1. If you’re looking for a family friendly pumpkin patch without the same old stuff, check out Anderson Farms in Erie! The home of Colorado’s longest running corn maze, Anderson Farms also offers pedal cart racing, mine cars and a PUMPKIN LAUNCHER, among many other things.
Check their website for hours and events:
2. If you are willing to venture outside of Boulder County, the Denver Zoo puts on a fantastic two-weekend Boo at the Zoo event. Fun events include a princess sing-a-long, a mermaid meet-and-greet, and 25 trick or treat stations.
October 29th & 30th, 9-5pm
3. The annual Munchkin Masquerade in the Pearl Street Mall is 3-6pm on Halloween.
4. Banjo Billy’s Ghost Tour- Let your tour guide regale you with all of the spooky stories Boulder has to offer! Notable stops include Hotel Boulderado and Montgomery house.
